The Ministry of Petroleum and Energy has awarded GDF SUEZ E&P Norge two new operatorships and partnership in three licenses in the 22. licensing round.
GDF SUEZ E&P Norge AS and BG Norge AS have entered into a contract for use of supply vessel in Florø. This was celebrated on board the Siddis Supplier on 30 May.
GDF SUEZ E&P Norge AS has signed a contract with Core Energy selling a 12 % share in the Njord license, PL107. It includes also the transfer of 12 % of the Noatun discovery, 3.67 % in the Kristin Gas Export Pipeline Joint Venture and 0.162 % in the NSGI Joint Venture.
FMC Technologies and Conditioning Performance Monitoring (CPM), the system used on Gjøa and a world first, was awarded “Spotlight on New Technology Awards” at the world’s largest oil conference OTC in Houston May 6.
