Organisation
Our organisation is divided into eight departments:
- Health, Safety, Environment and Quality
- Human Resources
- Communication
- Finance and Administration
- Gas and Commercial
- Asset
- Exploration
- Operations.
Our main focus for the years to come is to maintain a staff of competent and dedicated personnel to support our present activities and take part in further development. This will include new hires, especially within the subsurface and technical disciplines, but support functions will also be strengthened.
In order to support the organisation's strategy for growth we have offered to take on all positions included in the current operations support contract as own employees, in addition to approved new recruitment for 2013. The total number of employees at the end of 2013 will be 270.
