Vega and Vega South
The Vega South field comprises the gas/condensate resources of the field previously known as Fram B.
It is located about 10 kilometres north-northwest of the Fram field and will be developed together with the Vega field (previously called Camilla and Belinda).
Vega and Vega South are developed with three subsea templates - each featuring two production wells -and tied back to the Gjøa platform. The plan for development and operation (PDO) was approved by Norwegian authorities in parallel with the Gjøa PDO. Production started in 2010.
